GENERAL
Please do not trace, edit, or claim the final artwork or any part of the process as your own. Proper credit must be given to the artist if the artwork is used on other platforms or media (such as videos, social media, or entertainment content).
The artwork may be used by the artist for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, etc.). If you do not want your commission to be used for promotion, please inform me before the final product is delivered.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission if the content or request does not align with my professional or personal standards.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made upfront. Clients may choose to pay 50% upfront or 100% upfront.
The main payment method is PayPal through the VGen platform.
Prices may vary from those listed on the commission page depending on the complexity of the artwork or if the client requests additional elements.
REVISIONS
The client is allowed up to 2 revisions before the final artwork is delivered.
Any additional revisions beyond this will require extra payment.
PROCESS
At the beginning of the process, I will send initial sketches to confirm that the direction of the artwork matches the client’s expectations. Major changes can be made during this stage.
Once the sketch is approved by the client, no further major revisions will be made until the artwork is completed.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The completion time depends on the commission queue. Once I begin working on a commission, it usually takes 7 to 12 days to finish.
If any issues arise that may delay the commission, I will inform the client in advance.
If the commission is needed for a specific deadline, additional charges may apply to ensure timely delivery.
The final artwork will be sent through VGen or Discord, where communication will also take place.
USE
All commissions are for personal use only.
If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, additional fees will apply.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds, except in cases where the commission cannot be completed by the artist.
